Shipping Requirements:
Buddha Kat Winery retains the right to refuse shipment on any order. State laws change and we may not be able to ship to particular states depending upon the liquor laws in the State of Oregon and other states as well as regulations of our shipper.
Please add 2 business day to the listed FedEx shipping times. Buddha Kat Winery requires this additional time to run compliance checks and process orders. Please contact us at 503-668-3124 for rush inquiries.
Due to the restrictions of many state laws, we only ship wine to those states where direct wine shipments are permitted and we have acquired special permission. These states currently include: Oregon, Washington, California, & Missouri. Clothing and other merchandise can be shipped anywhere.
All orders must be placed by persons over the age of 21 years. Verification of age will be required upon receipt of your wine. No wine will be delivered to visibly intoxicated persons.
Refund Policy:
Buddha Kat Winery will refund your money if notified of a problem within 2 weeks of delivery date. Please call if there are problems with your shipment.

Typographical Errors:
In the event that a Buddha Kat Winery product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Buddha Kat Winery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Buddha Kat Winery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Buddha Kat Winery shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Use of Site:
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Buddha Kat Winery or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
