1 Blueberry Port: 100% Blueberries + a Grape neutral Spirit (Brandy); Alcohol Content: 17% Pairing: The sweet, rich flavor of this blueberry port pairs well with rich desserts or hearty appetizers.
1 Blackberry Port: A dark, delicious port with the full flavor and the signature taste of Oregon’s favorite berry. 100% Blackberries + a Grape neutral Spirit (Brandy); Alcohol Content: 17% P
1 Framboise Chocolat: We first ferment Raspberries and only Raspberries into a delicious wine. From that we take a small amount and age it and fortify it with Brandy and a dash of chocolate extract oil. It is the perfect end to any evening or dinner.
1 Gatina Preta: A ruby port-style wine with a blend of Portuguese grapes Tinto Cão (40%) Touriga Nacional (35%), and Spanish grape Tempranillo (25%), all from the Columbia Valley.
